کوهستانی: مس رفسنجان با هویت بومی به لیگ یک رسید؛ هدف ما تثبیت و پیشرفت است

سرمربی تیم فوتبال بانوان مس رفسنجان با تشریح روند شکل‌گیری تیم در فصل گذشته، از برنامه‌های فنی و اهداف این تیم برای حضور در لیگ یک سخن گفت.

به گزارش روابط عمومی، زهرا کوهستانی با اشاره به سیاست باشگاه در فصل گذشته اظهار داشت: تیم را با تکیه بر بازیکنان بومی استان کرمان و به‌ویژه رفسنجان شکل دادیم. بدنه اصلی تیم کاملاً از بازیکنان بومی تشکیل شده بود و تنها دو بازیکن غیر بومی در اختیار داشتیم؛ یک دروازه‌بان از اهواز و یک وینگر از شیراز. اعتقاد ما بر این بود که بازیکن بومی هنگام بازی برای شهر خود، از تعهد و انگیزه مضاعف برخوردار است و این موضوع در مسیر صعود تیم کاملاً مشهود بود.
وی با اشاره به ویژگی‌های فنی تیم در مسیر صعود افزود: در طول مسابقات، از نظر ساختار دفاعی تیمی منظم بودیم و در فاز انتقال نیز عملکرد سریعی داشتیم. انسجام، همدلی و شناخت متقابل بازیکنان از یکدیگر از مهم‌ترین عوامل موفقیت ما بود. شاید تیم پرهزینه‌ای نبودیم، اما تیمی با هویت، ساختار مشخص و انسجام بالا داشتیم.
کوهستانی در ادامه با اشاره به سطح رقابت‌های لیگ یک تصریح کرد: واقعیت این است که لیگ یک از نظر فیزیکی، تاکتیکی و تجربه بازی در سطح بالاتری قرار دارد. برای بقا و رقابت جدی، نیازمند تقویت در چند پست کلیدی هستیم؛ به‌ویژه در خط دفاع مرکزی، هافبک بازیساز و یک مهاجم تمام‌کننده با تجربه حضور در لیگ یک. همچنین باید عمق نیمکت را افزایش دهیم، چرا که فصل طولانی و فرسایشی خواهد بود.
سرمربی تیم فوتبال بانوان مس درباره برنامه‌های تاکتیکی فصل پیش‌رو نیز گفت: ساختار کلی تیم قابل حفظ است، اما نیاز به انعطاف‌پذیری تاکتیکی بیشتری خواهیم داشت. در لیگ یک نمی‌توان با یک پلن ثابت پیش رفت و باید توانایی تغییر سیستم در جریان مسابقه را داشته باشیم.
وی درباره اهداف فصل آینده خاطرنشان کرد: در نخستین فصل حضور در لیگ یک، هدف‌گذاری ما واقع‌بینانه است. اولویت اصلی تثبیت جایگاه و بقا با کیفیت خواهد بود، اما در صورت فراهم بودن شرایط جدول، برای حضور در نیمه بالای جدول نیز برنامه‌ریزی خواهیم کرد. ما صرفاً برای حضور در لیگ یک وارد رقابت‌ها نمی‌شویم، بلکه به دنبال پیشرفت تدریجی و ساختن تیمی پایدار هستیم.
کوهستانی در پایان ضمن قدردانی از حمایت‌های صورت‌گرفته گفت: از باشگاه بزرگ مس که در این مسیر از ما حمایت کرد، صمیمانه تشکر می‌کنم و امیدوارم بتوانیم پاسخ این اعتماد را با نتایج شایسته بدهیم.

Kouhestani: Mes Rafsanjan Reached League One with a Local Identity; Our Goal is Stability and Progress

The head coach of Mes Rafsanjan Women’s Football Team outlined the team’s formation process last season and discussed the technical plans and objectives for their participation in League One.

According to the club’s Public Relations Department, Zahra Kouhestani stated that the team was built primarily around local players from Kerman Province, especially Rafsanjan. The core squad consisted entirely of local talents, with only two non-local players — a goalkeeper from Ahvaz and a winger from Shiraz. She emphasized that local players show greater commitment and motivation when representing their hometown, which was clearly evident throughout the team’s promotion campaign.

Highlighting the team’s technical strengths during the season, Kouhestani added that the squad maintained a well-organized defensive structure and performed effectively in transition phases. Team cohesion, unity, and mutual understanding among players were key factors behind their success. Although the team was not among the high-budget sides, it possessed a strong identity, clear structure, and high level of consistency.

Discussing the challenges ahead, Kouhestani noted that League One is physically, tactically, and experientially more demanding. To remain competitive, the team will need reinforcements in several key positions, particularly central defense, a creative midfield playmaker, and a clinical striker with League One experience. She also stressed the importance of increasing squad depth, given the long and demanding nature of the season.

Regarding tactical plans for the upcoming campaign, she explained that while the overall structure of the team can be maintained, greater tactical flexibility will be necessary. “In League One, you cannot rely on a single fixed plan; the ability to adapt systems during matches will be essential,” she said.

Speaking about season objectives, Kouhestani described the team’s approach as realistic. The primary priority will be establishing stability and ensuring quality survival in the league, while also aiming for a top-half finish if circumstances allow. “We are not entering League One merely to participate; our goal is gradual progress and building a sustainable team,” she added.
