حسنیسعدی: با بودجه محدود به پلیآف رسیدیم؛ هدف ما ارائه بهترین عملکرد در ادامه رقابتهاست
به گزارش روابط عمومی، فاطمه حسنی سعدی سرمربی تیم والیبال بانوان مس درباره روند شکلگیری تیم در فصل جاری اظهار کرد: در ابتدا تیم را با بودجهای بسیار محدود و در زمان کوتاهی نزدیک به شروع مسابقات تحویل گرفتیم و تلاش کردیم با رویکرد بومیگرایی، ترکیب تیم را شکل دهیم. حدود یکسوم بازیکنان از بومیان رفسنجان هستند، تعدادی از استان کرمان و سایر نفرات نیز بازیکنان غیر بومی را شامل میشوند.
وی با اشاره به شرایط رقابتها افزود: امسال ۱۲ تیم در لیگ برتر حضور داشتند که در دو گروه شش تیمی رقابت کردند و ما در گروهی نسبتاً سختتر قرار داشتیم؛ موضوعی که مسیر صعود را برای تیم دشوارتر میکرد.
سرمربی تیم والیبال بانوان مس رفسنجان ادامه داد: در ابتدای فصل در برخی پستها با کمبودهایی مواجه بودیم و متأسفانه به دلیل محدودیت بودجه، در نیمفصل نیز امکان جذب بازیکنان موردنظر فراهم نشد. با این حال، خدا را شکر با تلاش بازیکنان و کسب نتایج لازم، موفق شدیم امتیازات کافی برای صعود از مرحله گروهی را به دست آوریم و به پلیآف راه پیدا کنیم.
حسنی سعدی درباره اهداف باشگاه گفت: رویکرد اصلی باشگاه با توجه به شرایط مالی، صعود به پلیآف بود که با همت مجموعه تیم محقق شد؛ اما شخصاً از نتایج بهطور کامل رضایت ندارم و انتظار جایگاه بهتری داشتم. اگر برخی مشکلات و شرایط خاص در طول مسابقات برای تیم ایجاد نمیشد، میتوانستیم در موقعیت بهتری قرار بگیریم.
وی تأکید کرد: هر دستاوردی حاصل تلاش بازیکنان و کادر فنی است و اگر کم و کاستی در نتایج وجود داشته باشد، مسئولیت آن را بر عهده میگیرم.
سرمربی تیم والیبال بانوان مس در ادامه درباره شرایط امکانات باشگاه بیان کرد: از نظر سالن والیبال، بدنسازی و تجهیزات شرایط استاندارد و مناسبی داشتیم، اما در برخی موارد دیگر با ضعفهایی روبهرو بودیم.
حسنی سعدی در پایان درباره مرحله پلیآف خاطرنشان کرد: در این مرحله هر اتفاقی ممکن است رخ دهد و بارها شاهد غافلگیری تیمها بودهایم. هرچند رقیب قدرتمند و باتجربهای پیشرو داریم، اما تلاش من و شاگردانم ارائه بهترین عملکرد و نمایش شایسته در زمین مسابقه خواهد بود.
Hassani-Saadi: We Reached the Playoffs Despite a Limited Budget; Our Goal Is to Deliver the Best Possible Performance Moving Forward
The head coach of Mes Rafsanjan Women’s Volleyball Team highlighted the challenging circumstances at the beginning of the season and the existing limitations, describing qualification for the playoffs as the result of the players’ and technical staff’s hard work. She emphasized that despite difficulties, the team is fully prepared to deliver a strong performance in the upcoming stages of the competition.
According to the club’s public relations department, Fatemeh Hassani-Saadi spoke about the formation process of the team this season, stating: “At the start, we took over the team with a very limited budget and in a short period close to the beginning of the competition. We tried to build the squad with a focus on local talents. About one-third of our players are from Rafsanjan, some from other parts of Kerman Province, and the rest are non-local players.”
Referring to the competition format, she added: “This season, 12 teams participated in the league, divided into two groups of six. We were placed in a relatively tougher group, which made the path to qualification more challenging.”
The head coach continued: “At the beginning of the season, we faced shortages in certain positions, and unfortunately, due to budget constraints, we were unable to recruit the players we needed during the mid-season transfer window. Nevertheless, thanks to the players’ efforts and the results achieved, we managed to secure enough points to advance from the group stage and qualify for the playoffs.”
Speaking about the club’s objectives, Hassani-Saadi said: “Considering the financial conditions, the club’s primary goal was to reach the playoffs, which we successfully achieved as a team. However, personally, I am not completely satisfied with the results and expected a better position. If certain challenges and special circumstances had not affected the team during the competition, we could have achieved a higher ranking.”
She emphasized: “Every achievement is the result of the hard work of the players and coaching staff, and if there are any shortcomings in the results, I take responsibility.”
Regarding facilities, the Mes Rafsanjan women’s volleyball head coach noted: “In terms of volleyball halls, fitness facilities, and equipment, we had standard and suitable conditions, although we faced weaknesses in some other areas.”
In conclusion, Hassani-Saadi said about the playoff stage: “Anything can happen at this stage, and we have often seen surprising outcomes. Although we are facing a strong and experienced opponent, my players and I will do our best to deliver the strongest performance and a worthy display on the court.”
