پایان رقابتهای لیگ برتر والیبال جوانان کشور با حضور تیم صنعت مس رفسنجان
به گزارش روابط عمومی، تیم جوانان مس در گروه اول این رقابتها با تیمهای طبیعت اسلامشهر، سپاهان اصفهان، استقلال گنبد، رازین پلیمر تهران، شهرداری ارومیه و پیکان تهران همگروه بود.
مسعود نجارزاده، سرمربی تیم والیبال جوانان مس رفسنجان، درباره شرایط آمادهسازی تیم اظهار داشت: تمرینات تیم از ۹ بهمنماه آغاز شد و با ترکیبی کاملاً بومی از بازیکنان و کادر فنی در این مسابقات شرکت کردیم.
وی هدف از تشکیل تیم و حضور در این رقابتها را جلوگیری از کسر امتیاز از تیم بزرگسالان باشگاه عنوان کرد و گفت: در صورت عدم حضور در مسابقات، سه امتیاز از تیم بزرگسالان کسر میشد.
نجارزاده افزود: با وجود فرصت محدود و تنها شش جلسه تمرین، تلاش کردیم تیمی منسجم و آماده راهی رقابتها کنیم. لیگ برتر جوانان کشور بالاترین سطح رقابت در این رده سنی محسوب میشود و بسیاری از بازیکنان ملیپوش در آن حضور داشتند.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: در جریان شش دیدار مرحله گروهی، عملکرد بازیکنان بازی به بازی بهتر شد و بهترین نمایش تیم در دیدار پایانی مقابل استقلال گنبد رقم خورد.
سرمربی تیم جوانان مس با اشاره به برنامههای آینده گفت: با توجه به برنامه بلندمدت ارائهشده به باشگاه و حمایتهای باشگاه صنعت مس رفسنجان، پس از پایان این رقابتها برنامه استعدادیابی تیمهای پایه والیبال مس در چهار رده زیر ۱۴ سال، زیر ۱۶ سال، نوجوانان و جوانان با همکاری هیأت والیبال و آموزشوپرورش در قالب گزینش مدارس و فراخوان عمومی طی سالهای ۱۴۰۵ و ۱۴۰۶ برگزار خواهد شد.
وی همچنین از حمایتهای مدیرعامل محترم باشگاه جناب آقای دکتر پاریزی، معاونت مالی جناب آقای احمدی و مدیر تیمهای غیرفوتبالی جناب آقای پورمیرزایی تقدیر و ابراز امیدواری کرد با تداوم این حمایتها، روزهای درخشانی برای والیبال رفسنجان رقم بخورد.

Conclusion of the National Youth Volleyball Premier League with Participation of Mes Rafsanjan
The National Youth Volleyball Premier League began on Monday, February 9, hosted by the city of Kashan with the participation of 14 teams, including the youth volleyball team of Mes Rafsanjan Club, which competed in Group A.
According to the club’s media department, Mes Rafsanjan was drawn alongside Tabiaat Eslamshahr, Sepahan Isfahan, Esteghlal Gonbad, Razin Polymer Tehran, Shahrdari Urmia, and Paykan Tehran.
Masoud Najjarzadeh, head coach of the Mes Rafsanjan youth team, stated that preparations started on January 29, and the team participated with a fully local lineup of players and coaching staff. He explained that one of the main objectives of forming the team and participating in the competition was to prevent a points deduction from the club’s senior team, as failure to participate would have resulted in a three-point penalty.
Najjarzadeh added that despite limited preparation time and only six training sessions, the coaching staff worked to build a cohesive and competitive squad. He noted that the Youth Premier League represents the highest level of competition in this age category, featuring many national-level players.
He also highlighted that the team’s performance improved match by match throughout the six group-stage games, with their best display coming in the final match against Esteghlal Gonbad.
Regarding future plans, Najjarzadeh announced that following the conclusion of the competition, a long-term talent identification program for Mes Rafsanjan volleyball academy teams will be launched across four age categories — U14, U16, Cadets, and Youth — in cooperation with the local volleyball association and the education department through school selections and public trials during the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
He also expressed appreciation for the support of club CEO Dr. Parizi, Financial Deputy Mr. Ahmadi, and the Director of Non-Football Teams Mr. Pourmirzaei, expressing hope that continued support will lead to a bright future for volleyball in Rafsanjan.
